NEGRONI
Ingredients
30ml / 1oz London Square Gin
30ml / 1oz Sweet vermouth
30ml / 1oz Campari
Garnish: orange slice or twist
How to prepare
In an old-fashioned glass or tumbler, add ice cubes and pour all the ingredients together. Stir well. Gently squeeze the orange twist or slice over the glass rim, then add it in the drink as a garnish.
TOM COLLINS
Ingredients
60ml / 2oz London Square Gin
30ml / 1oz Lemon juice
15ml / 0.5oz Sugar syrup
50ml / 1.7oz Soda water
How to prepare
In a shaker, add London Square Gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Shake well and strain into a tall glass with ice. Finish off by adding the soda water.
WHITE LADY
Ingredients
50ml / 1.7oz London Square Gin
25ml / 0.8oz Lemon juice
25ml /0.8oz Cointreau
How to prepare
Add London Square Gin, Cointreau, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker three-quarters full with ice, cover, and shake until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
Remove the cover and strain it into a chilled coupe glass.
GIN RICKEY
Ingredients
35ml / 1.25oz London Square Gin
15ml /0.5oz Lime juice
10ml /0.3oz Simple syrup
15ml /0.5oz Soda water
How to prepare
In a shaker, shake London Square Gin, lime juice and simple syrup together. Strain into a glass filled with ice, and top with soda.
MR. MANHATTAN
Ingredients
50ml / 1.7oz London Square Gin
10ml / 0.3oz Orange juice
1 tsp Sugar
4 Mint leaves
How to prepare
Muddle sugar with lemon, orange juice, and mint.
Add London Square Gin and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
GIN COBBLER
Ingredients
35ml /1.25oz London Square Gin
1 tsp Sugar
1 Orange slice
1 Pineapple slice*
A small handful of raspberries*
Ice to fill
How to prepare
In a shaker, muddle the sugar and fruits together. Add London Square Gin and vigorously shake the ingredients. Strain served in a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
*You can swap the fruits in this recipe with any fruit that is in season!
