HIGHBALL
Ingredients
45ml / 1.5oz London Square Whisky
Soda water to fill
Garnish: Lemon peel
How to prepare
Fill a collins glass with ice, and add London Square Whisky and soda water. Stir to combine and garnish with lemon.
WHISKY SOUR
Ingredients
50ml / 1.7oz London Square Whisky
25ml / 0.8oz Lemon juice
15ml / 0.5oz Sugar syrup
15ml / 0.5oz Egg white
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish: Cherry Orange twist
How to prepare
Fill a shaker with ice, add London Square Whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and bitters. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish.
OLD FASHIONED
Ingredients
50ml / 1.7oz London Square Whisky
1 tsp Granulated sugar or 2 tsp of sugar syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish: Orange peel
How to prepare
In a glass, muddle the sugar and bitters until the sugar granules have dissolved or the sugar syrup and bitters are well combined. Add London Square Whisky and stir to combine.
Add ice cubes, stir to mix and serve with orange peel.
ROB ROY
Ingredients
45ml / 1.5oz London Square Whisky
25ml / 0.8oz Sweet vermouth
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish: Marachino cherry
How to prepare
Prepare a chilled cocktail glass and pour London Square Whisky, vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain your ingredients into the chilled glass. Garnish with a cherry and serve.
WHISKY DAISY
Ingredients
50ml / 1.7oz London Square Whisky
20ml / 0.75oz Lemon juice (or half a lemon)
1 tsp Sugar syrup
Sparkling water to fill
How to prepare
Shake lemon juice, sugar syrup, and London Square Whisky thoroughly with ice. Strain the mix over fresh ice in a separate glass. Garnish with fresh fruit of your choice and top with sparkling water.
WHISKY SMASH
Ingredients
60ml / 2oz London Square Whisky
¼ Lemon wedge
4-8 Mint leaves
1 tsp sugar
How to prepare
In a shaker, muddle the lemon wedge, mint, and sugar together. Add London Square Whisky and crushed ice to the mix. Shake then strain to serve.
